The resident partners are some of the most respected property professionals in the area overseeing a talented and driven team of high calibre individuals united in their desire to be the best.

Michael Crowe
Michael Crowe MNAEA

Partner

Michael Crowe joined Mitchells Estate Agency in 1983 directly from Brockenhurst College. Having been with the company for a number of years he was invited to join the partnership in 1987 where he has continued to be based at the New Milton office as managing partner and also a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Outside the business Michael has a number of other interests, having retired after 28 years as second coxswain of the Lymington Lifeboat but still remains very heavily involved in a new role as deputy launching authority and assists in the running of the station.

In his leisure time, Michael enjoys boating both motor and sail and as a member of the Royal Lymington Yacht Club races an XOD competitively with his son and co owner.

Michael also has a daughter who shares his interest in the water and also enjoys horse-riding.

Ben Jenkins

Ben is arguably one of the most dynamic estate agents around! He is extremely well known in the area having joined the firm in the 1990's having previously been with a highly respected firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents in The New Forest. His expertise lies in residential sales, valuation, development and sales progression with his dedicated and tenacious approach resulting in numerous clients returning to sell through the firm again and again over the years. His ability to build excellent relationships with all parties involved in the sales process ensures the smooth and successful outcome of even the most difficult of transactions. A local lad born and bred, Ben has a passion for the great outdoors having successfully competed at several arduous Mountain Marathons throughout the UK.

Paul Woodman
Paul Woodman FNAEA, FPCS

Partner

Paul is one of the most experienced property professionals in the area having been with the firm since 1985. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business and is highly regarded by his peers having gained vast experience within the housing market throughout the last 30 years. He has a solid understanding of the legal side of the business and can offer superlative advice on all aspects of residential sales. Paul is passionate about the outdoors with a love of skiing in the winter and sailing in the summer. He is a keen and an accomplished yachtsman who has competed to the highest of standards both in the UK and Europe. He won the Etchells National Championship a few years ago and has won his class at Cowes Week twice in J24s and Etchells. More recently he won the 2015 Cowes Classic Week in the highly competitive XOD class in which he also races regularly at Lymington, normally finishing in a podium position!

Paul Briers
Paul Briers MNAEA

Partner

Paul was born in Barton on Sea and has lived locally all of his life. This fact, combined with his local estate agency experience since 1988 provides him with an unrivalled knowledge of the property market in this area.

Having joined Mitchells in 1991 he was invited to become a partner of the firm in 2004 and his main responsibility is to carry out the market appraisals and to maintain Mitchells position as the most forward thinking and pro-active estate agency in the area. He has also been a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1994.

Paul lives in Sway with his wife and two children.

Graham Rees
Graham Rees

Partner

Having enjoyed 11 years of experience in the industry and 10 years with Mitchells, Graham takes his work very seriously and is very passionate about providing a top class service. Having three promotions at Mitchells, from junior to senior negotiator, he was invited to join the partnership in 2015.

Graham has lived in the area for 25 years and having gone through the local schools and colleges, has gained an invaluable wealth of local knowledge.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys running and as a form member of Bournemouth Athletic Club and a current member of the New Forest Running Club, he regularly competes in local competitions.

Steve Rowe

Partner

Steve joined Michells in 2003 and is considered an essential member of the Mitchells team. He was invited to join the partnership in 2015.

Steve is very enthusiastic and believes strongly in developing a professional but friendly relationship with clients, which helps to more fully understand their requirements and achieve a successful result as smoothly as possible.

Steve has attended local schools and lived in the area for 41 years with family ties going back over 100 years.

Pam brings over 15 years estate agency experience to the team having previously worked in the Lymington market before joining Mitchells in 2003. Her infectious enthusiasm and dedication in going the extra mile for clients has brought her numerous glowing testimonials from buyers and sellers over the years. Pam has an uncanny ability to connect with clients from all walks of life in order to match them to their dream home and her customer service skills are second to none. Having lived locally all her life, Pam has an excellent knowledge of the area and currently lives in The New Forest with her young family.

Helen Duffield
Helen Duffield

Sales Consultant

Helen originally worked for Mitchells from 1982-1993 when they opened their Christchurch office and has remained in estate agency ever since. In 2012, Helen re-joined Mitchells in New Milton part-time, to carry out viewings and generally help in the office.

Outside of estate agency, her interests are in horses and ponies having bred and shown her own ponies successfully. Helen has been judging at local and county level for many years and is on the panel of the New Forest Pony Breeding & Cattle Society and Vice-Chairman of the National Pony Society (Area 24 Wessex). Other interests are clay pigeon shooting, travelling at home and abroad, socialising with friends and dining out.

Sales Consultant

Mitch joined the firm after a very successful period with a leading agent in the Southampton area. Living in Lymington, he was keen to continue his career with an agency closer to home and is now based in our Mudeford office. His all round knowledge and enthusiastic approach has been very well received with our clients and his ‘can do’ approach resulting in an excellent level of sales.

Mitch is a keen sportsman and an avid rugby player being Vice Captain of Lymington Mariners Rugby Club.

Pam Francis
Pam Francis

Sales Co-ordinator

Pam is a retired solicitor having spent 30 years working for a high profile, New Forest practice, and brings an enviable wealth of experience from the work of residential conveyancing. Her role is to primarily co-ordinate currents sales, liaising with all parties involved and giving regular updates to our clients.

Zoe Green
Zoe Green

Sales Consultant

Zoe, who joined Mitchells Estate Agency in 2009 is a hardworking and reliable member of the team. She has a good knowledge of the area after growing up in New Milton, attending the local schools and Brockenhurst College. Her role as a negotiator means meeting new people each day and she thoroughly enjoys the challenge of matching the criteria of each individual to their ideal home.

Although work is a major part of her life she does enjoy taking advantage of the local facilities also on offer such as shopping, eating out and walks along the seafront and in the forest with her two dogs.

Horse riding is also another hobby which allows her to enjoy the beautiful New Forest. She is also a member of Endurance GB.

Matt Nabney

Matt joined the firm in July 2015 having previously worked for another firm of estate agents locally. Matt's easy going nature and personable approach has been extremely well received by all the people he has dealt with so far and he has already secured a significant number of sales. He went to school and college locally so has an excellent knowledge of our area and is particularly keen on water sports, being an accomplished surfer and wake boarder.

George Jones

Sales Consultant

Prior to joining Mitchells, George worked at an independent forest estate agency. He joined Mitchells in 2015, since joining he has enjoyed his day to day job of meeting new people and help to fulfil their demands/goals. He is also a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Outside of work, George enjoys playing a variety of sports and plays for a local football team.

Karen joined us in 2013 and has now become an integral part of our ‘front of house’ team at both Highcliffe and Mudeford. Karen’s creative talents mean she is always re-creating the way that our sales particulars are presented to ensure our clients homes are shown off in their very best possible light. Having lived locally for over 10 years and being an active member of Highcliffe Sailing Club, Karen’s knowledge of our lively area is extensive and she is always keen to share her passion for the area with newcomers.

Marilynne has excellent customer service skills and splits her working week between both Highcliffe and Mudeford offices. Having moved some years ago to the area after a successful career in publishing, Marilynne has an excellent eye for detail and has helped enormously with the formatting of our sales particulars and marketing material.

Having joined the firm in 2000 straight from college, Sarah quickly established herself as a key member of the team ensuring the slick running of the office on a daily basis. Sarah is our 'front of house' and ensures a professional, courteous and friendly welcome to anyone visiting our office as well organising the marketing of our clients' properties. A fabulous communicator, Sarah has helped countless clients through the slightly more fraught times experienced in moving home and her personable nature has made her a real asset to our firm.

Emma Woodley
Emma Woodley

Office Secretary

Born in London, Emma’s family moved to the area in the early 1990’s and have lived in the New Forest ever since.

Prior to joining Mitchells, Emma worked as a lettings negotiator for a local letting agency.

Emma joined Mitchells in 2011 and thoroughly enjoys her role here as the office secretary. She believes her administration skills, attention to detail and commitment to achieving deadlines ensures fantastic customer care for all of Mitchells clients, as well as being a good support for her team members.

Emma lives in Sway with her husband and enjoys long walks in the forest, shopping, eating out and is keen to travel and see different parts of the world at any opportunity.

Bob Bicketsteth
Bob Bicketsteth

Bob has worked in the residential country property market for over 25 years. During this time he has built up an extensive knowledge of the market, villages, schools, commute times and even local pubs. With street level offices strategically placed on St James’s Place, in the heart of London, Bob and his team assist Londoners wishing to move out of the capital. Bob is a fountain of knowledge, which he is more than happy to sit down and share in helping potential purchasers find their home or bolt-hole in the country.

Paul has worked in the property industry for over 21 years and of those 11 years in international sales selling property across Europe, America, the Middle East and Asia. More recently sharing his time between London and Mallorca, Paul has developed an intimate knowledge of the Balearics, one of Europe's most sought after locations, the South of France, the Alps and Italy.
