Zoopla has urged estate agents to be ready for an increase in enquiries between the festive period and New Year. The property portals expect a 60% increase concerning month-on-month visitors, and an 80% increase in applicant and valuation leads for the festive period and early January. Rightmove have also stated they have previously experienced a 228% increase in page views during the week between Christmas and New Year.
